For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with the hands, which are the figures of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us Heb 9: 24

Revelation 12: 7+8

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week; and in the middle of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Daniel 9: 27

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Rev 12: 9

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12: 11

Therefore rejoice, you heavens, and you that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil is come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time. Rev 12: 12

Thus says the LORD: The heavens are my throne, and the earth is my footstool… Isaiah 66: 1

Question: Would Christ really disobey his Father by descending to the air to get his bride before his enemies are made a footstool for his feet ?

Now we beseech you, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to him, That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ has come. Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, except there come the falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition II Thessalonians 2: 1-3

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; I Thessalonians 4: 16

Then we who are alive and remain (Greek: the surviving ones) shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. I Thessalonians 4: 17

Question: Has the apostasy taken place yet? 4

Now we beseech you, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to him, That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ has come. Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, except there come the falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped, so that he, as God, sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. II Thessalonians 2: 1- 4 Sequence of Events:: per II Thessalonians 2 1) The Temple is there (i.e. it must be rebuilt)

. . . you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1: 8

And I say also to you, That you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it Matthew 16: 18

Go therefore, and teach all nations (Greek: ethnic groups), baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age. Amen. Matthew 28: 19+20

And when he had opened the 5th seal, I saw under the alter the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a load voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, that you do not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth ? And white robes were given to every one of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little season longer, until their fellow servants and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. Revelation 6: 9-11 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; . . . And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and where did they come from ? And I said unto him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are they which came out (Greek:are to be coming out) of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Rev. 7:9,13 +14

Before the Cross: Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired (Greek: demanded) to have you (Greek: “you” is plural), that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for you (Greek: “you” is singular), that your faith fail not: and when you are converted, strengthen your brethren. And he said to him, Lord, I am ready to go with you, both into prison, and to death. And he said, I tell you, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that you shall thrice deny that you know me.

From that time on began Jesus to show to his disciples, how that he must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from you, Lord: this shall not be to you. But he turned, and said to Peter, Get behind me, Satan: you are an offence to me: for you savor not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. Matthew 16: 21-23

Luke 22: 31-34

After the Cross: When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, will you at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said to them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in his own power. Acts 1: 6+7

Setting a trap

Question: Does what you really believe impact your actions ?

That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ has come. Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, except there come the falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition II Thessalonians 2: 2 + 3

Prevalent teachings today:

“We will be gone before the man of sin and his tribulation comes.” This 170 year old teaching, started by a young lady in Scotland, is well documented by Dave MacPherson in THE INCREDIBLE COVER-UP

P R E M I D P O S T

“The Tribulation period is 7 years long” No where in the Bible is the 70th week of Daniel called “The 7 years of tribulation”. The Great Tribulation is part of the 2nd half of these 7 years. These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16: 33

7 weeks + 62 weeks + 1 week = 70 weeks See Daniel 9:24-27 The 2nd half of Daniel’s 70th week (i.e. 3 ½ years) = 1260 days in Revelation 12: 6 = 42 months in Revelation 13: 5 = time, times, and half a time in Revelation 12: 14

“time” = Greek: chronos (i.e. having distinct beginning and end points, like a calendar year) or Greek: kairos (i.e. seasons, not having a sharp beginning and end) The Greek word used in “time, times, and half a time” is kairos

“time” (i.e. ~ 1 year) And when the dragon saw that he was cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. Revelation 12: 13 The dragon focuses on the Jews 1st (this time is called Jacob’s Trouble in Jeremiah 30: 7)

“times” (i.e. ~ 2 years) And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12: 17 The dragon focuses next on Godly Christians (this is the Great Tribulation period per Matthew 24: 21+22)

“half a time” (i.e. ~ 1/2 year) The 7 bowls of wrath are poured out onto the earth per Revelation chapter 16. God’s wrath is poured out on the ungodly (this period is the Wrath of God per Revelation 16: 1)

Question: In light of the above, how should we live victoriously ?
