**There is a 30 day cancellation policy on all of our rentals. You are within the 30 day cancellation period. If we are not able to resell your confirmed unit and dates, you will forfeit your security deposit. Check-in time is after 4 P. M. (Early check-in may be arranged if previous night is not occupied. Please call the day before arrival.) Check-out time is by 11 A. M. Only the name of the person on the reservation may check in unless other arrangements are made.

Our office is located at 500 N. Lake Havasu Ave. Ste A104. We are open 7 days a week from 9 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday, Sat. & Sun. 10 A. M. - 6 P. M. If you need a later check in please call our office for arrangements. All payments accepted upon arrival will be in the form of credit cards (ID required), cash, cashiers check or money order. LAKE HAVASU VACATION RENTALS & SALES CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

Welcome to Lake Havasu Vacation Rentals & Sales. To make your arrival and departure as convenient as possible, please review the following procedures:

DIRECTIONS: Lake Havasu Vacation Rentals & Sales is located at 500 N Lake Havasu Ave Suite A104 in the Bahama Business Complex between Industrial Blvd. and South Palo Verde Blvd on the east side of the street. We are located directly across from the new “Car Toys” car wash. If you are coming from the north, turn left on Industrial, then turn right on Lake Havasu Ave and left on Bahama. We are about a block south on the left side on the corner of Bahama at the Bahama Business Plaza. If you are coming from the south, turn right on S. Palo Verde, then turn left on Lake Havasu Ave and right on Bahama. We are about one block north on the right corner of Bahama and Lake Havasu Ave. REGISTRATION LOCATION: Check-in/check-out location is at 500 N Lake Havasu Ave Suite A104 CHECK-IN TIME: Estimated arrival time is to be reserved prior to guest arrival. Units will be prepared for daily guest arrivals by 4:00 P.M. Pre-registration is allowed after 9:00 A.M. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Guests will register and be issued keys and pool key (if unit has pool). Any cleaning fees, security deposits, or rents due will be paid at this time. Only the name on the reservation may check -in. Card to be charged and the cardholder must be present to sign for charges. Credit Card will not be charged until arrival, no exceptions. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out time is from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Late check-outs may be available at an additional fee. Guests wishing a late check-out must phone the manager’s office by 9:00 A.M. to determine availability. All keys and gate passes that were issued at check-in must be returned to manager’s office at check-out. If you do not wish to check-out at the office, you may leave all keys, gate passes, etc., inside the unit on the kitchen counter and your unit will be checked by our staff the same day to retrieve keys and secure the unit. We ask that if you choose this option, to please call the office to confirm your check-out intentions prior to your departure.
