WORK LIFE BALANCE Jobs are getting increasingly demanding ,as the organizations face competition and become leaner in structure, leading to conflict between people s professional deliverables and personal requirements. So ,the focus now is “who is going to bell the cat”. For tackling the problems, multi-pronged effort comprising the organization, the employee, the govt , the industry, the society ,etc.., is required.

A lack of synchronization between domestic life and work life causes great personal and financial hardship, both to the individual and the company . It also negatively affects the growth of the nation in the long run.

Resource any resource tempts us to squeeze utilization from it. the M4 not properly managed , may lead to collapse of the system. Machine will produce the prototype product. but comes to man it becomes drastic change to recognize. Become more competitive organizations are getting leaner in structure. Industry is expanding the more conflict is deepening . Due to more pressure the individuals to neglect decisions relating to their personal life.

Advertisement companies given more assignment. In banks working for long hours and continuously adding value to the bank the agent gets scarce recognition . In retail sector that although the shutter is half closed and outlet is beyond its working hours the forced to continue working practically without respite. Now we are facing the same old story of over engagement of employees and harping on the mantra of WLB. The workforce issues shift exclusively to demand-supply end Endeavour may turn to be futile given such a large population ,lacking minimum social security.
