Pumpkin decorating at the Trolley Park at 11th and Monroe NW Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Date: Saturday, October 24 We’ll have pumpkins, paint and stickers to help you decorate your scariest pumpkin. All kids welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the pumpkin decorating. Take your decorated pumpkin home. Halloween Costume Parade and Contest at the Trolley Park at 11th and Monroe NW Time: 4:30-5:30 p.m. Date: Saturday, October 31 Dress up in your best Halloween costume and meet at the park for a parade around the block and a costume contest in the Trolley Park at the corner of 11th and Monroe, NW. All kids welcome but must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the parade and contest. Prizes given to: 1) Scariest costume 2) Most original costume 3) Best costume ages 5 and under 4) Best costume ages 6 to 10 5) Best adult costume
