Playing a Game: “Hello game” Game Type : Movement game Aims : Language: Names; basic introductions and greetings Materials : a soft ball Procedure : • All the children stand up in a circle. The teacher in the middle • Go up to a child, shake hands, and say “Hello, my name is …” • The teacher throws the ball to Child 1. Child 1 has to say her/ his name. • Child 1 then throws the ball to Child 2. Child 2 has to say her/ his name. • To the game for all children. • The last activity of the game is singing “Hello Song”
