Why People goes "Green"? Why Recycle? HNC Pyro ATM – Technology Safety & Security More Green, More Money Low Investment & Fast Return of Investment

Why People Goes Green? What’s the problem? ●

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the world population is expanding at a mindboggling rate. The world reached 1 billion people in 1800; 2 billion by 1922; and over 6 billion by 2000. It is estimated that the population will swell to over 9 billion by 2050.

Why People Goes Green? ●

That means that if the world’s natural resources were evenly distributed, people in 2050 will only have 25% of the resources per capita that people in 1950 had. The world has a fixed amount of natural resources - some of which are already depleted. So as population growth greatly strains our finite resources, there are fewer resources available.

Why People Goes Green? ●

If we intend to leave our children and grandchildren with the same standard of living we have enjoyed, we must preserve the foundation of that standard of living. We save for college educations, orthodontia, and weddings, but what about saving clean air, water, fuel sources and soil for future generations?

Why People Goes Green? ●

Some of the greatest threats to future resources come from things we throw away everyday. Household batteries and electronics often contain dangerous chemicals that may, if sent to a local landfill, leak through the bottom barrier and pollute the groundwater.

Why People Goes Green? ●

This can contaminate everything from the soil in which our food grows, to the water which will eventually come out of aquifers and into our tap water. Many of these chemicals cannot be removed from the drinking water supply, nor from the crops that are harvested from contaminated fields. The risks to human health are tremendous.

Why People Goes Green? ●

Throwing away items that could be recycled diminishes energy, water and natural resources that could be saved by recycling. Did you know...

Why People Goes Green? ●

For every ton of paper that is recycled, the following is saved: 7,000 gallons of water; 380 gallons of oil; and enough electricity to power an average house for six months. You can run a TV for six hours on the amount of electricity that is saved by recycling one aluminum can. By recycling just one glass bottle, you save enough electricity to power a 100-watt bulb for four hours.

Why People Goes Green? ●

The more we throw away, the more space we take up in landfills. When a landfill becomes a “landfull”, taxpayers have to build a new one. The less we throw away, the longer our landfills will last. The amount of taxpayer money we save by extending the longevity of our landfills is an important community benefit.

Why Recycle? ●

We produce over 15,000 tons of rubbish everyday. It is only a matter of time before we run out of space to dispose of them. Recycling reduces waste, which in turn reduces the need for landfills and dumpsites. Recycling reduces pollution and saves energy.

Why Recycle? ●

Making products from virgin or raw materials results in pollution and uses more energy. Recycling is cheaper in the long run compared to maintaining landfills and other systems. When recycling programmes become more efficient, there will be less rubbish to dispose of.

Why Recycle? ●

Recycling creates up to 5 times more jobs than waste disposal alone. It will create jobs for engineers, machine specialists, environmental personnel, general workers and many more. Recycling improves cleanliness and quality of life.

Why Recycle? ●

Breakdown of solid waste created by Malaysians

27 %

Paper

36.5% Household waste

3.9%

Steel

3.7%

Glass

16.4% Plastic

12.5% Others

Why Recycle? ●

Experts believe a landfill can last 10 years longer if Malaysians recycled 50% of their garbage The residents of Johor Bahru generate 1300 tons of waste every day. It will take only 3 days to fill the entire length of the Johor Causeway with this amount of garbage.

HNC Pyro ATM Technology ●

HNC Pyro ATM is the state of the art system that process waste rubber, waste plastic or used waste oil into fuel which can be used directly to modern vehicles. The process is clean with no pollution, no emission of gas or dangerous materials. The overall system processing is green and ecologically safe which recycle or recover 98% of the usable material.

HNC Pyro ATM Technology ●

Diesel and gasoline from the system are 100% “Renewable Green Energy”.

The suitable raw waste material are: -

Any waste rubber or waste tyres.

Waste plastic

HNC Pyro ATM Technology ●

Mix several types of waste plastic in trash collector, however the percentage of PVC is advisable not to exceed 5%. This is because PVC could release Cl which react with steel. Used vehicles' engine oil.

Any used oil from diesel or gasoline power motor. Waste crude oil

Waste electrical cable skin. (Suggested sparing Chlorine (Cl) first and then refine the oil) Waste PMMA Poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(methyl 2-methylpropenoate), (Polymethyl Acrylic Acid Methyl Ester) regenerates.

HNC Pyro ATM Technology ●

Suitable raw waste materials could be either dry or in high humidity or wetness. However, If the waste materials are high in humidity or wetness then the process shall take longer than regular dry raw materials.

Model & Waste Raw Materials Load

HNC Pyro ATM 5 - 5 metric tonne load

HNC Pyro ATM 10 - 10 metric tonne load

HNC Pyro ATM 15 - 15 metric tonne load

Safety & Security ●

The system has been designed with high safety. The phase of unliquifisable waste gas produced during the process are alkyl from C1 to C4, which are dangerous when burning directly.

Safety & Security ●

In our system, the process is made save where it is transferred first through the water close device and a safety device – burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure of the production.

Environmentally Protective 1)Waste Gas ●

The waste gas is transferred through two safety device; water close & burning air nozzle. The nozzle will burn 100% fully, in which not only eliminate pollutants however also eliminate unwanted portion of fuel.

Environmentally Protective ●

For smoke dust discharge we apply series ZTC Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount. This meet the relative standards of GB-2001.

Environmentally Protective 2)Waste Liquid ●

The system produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water is introduced to evaporator which use the heat of the flue of the main processor as its heating source.

Environmentally Protective 3)Waste Solid ●

The solid residual shall be obtained after the catalyst splitting from the scrap plastic. The approximate composition of solid residual from the waste plastic is between 5% to 10%. The main component is the thick black carbon. The waste solid residual could be the raw material for the production industry of black carbon.

Environmentally Protective ●

In addition, it could be mixed with pulverized coal ash which produces for the raw material of thermal power plant as well as could be the raw material to manufacture pulverized coal ash brick i.e. one kind of the environmental protection building material.

More Green, More Money ●

Converting Waste → Usable materials

Means that at ALMOST NO COST → $$$$
