Green County Agriculture Chest Scholarship (f)

GREEN COUNTY AGRICULTURE CHEST SCHOLARSHIP The Green County Ag Chest will award up to ten $250 scholarships to applicants who are Seniors in High School and have enrolled in either a 4-year college or vocational school. To be eligible for one of these scholarships, the applicant must reside in a Green County Ag Chest participating community. All majors of study will be considered but preference may be given to major related to agriculture.

For scholarships consideration 1) Complete and submit the attached personal information/application form. Applications must be typed written for consideration. 2) Include two letters of recommendation from teachers, county agents, members of clergy, neighbors, advisors, or local business people. 3) Provide a picture of yourself with your application 4) A copy of high school transcripts must be included. 5) The recipient of the scholarship will be notified by mail. A check in the amount of $250 will be made payable jointly to the recipient and the designated school.
