Uh, we had the beginning of regular practice, we did our warm ups and stretched. Went to the individuals did that, had a water break. Then went to the 7 on 7, then did that, had a water break. We were going to scrimmage and uh, people walking around. So, we had to run, and then that’s about all (inaudible)…

Butler

Okay. And, now I’m going to ask you some specific, okay. Uh, how are water breaks given up for the team? Are they individual or as a team?

Gant

And, quarter backs.

Butler

On that practice, how many water breaks did you think you took?

Gant

3 to 5.

Butler

Okay. After the last water break well, what did practice consist of?

Gant

Start, started the scrimmage and then after the, after people walked around we ran.

Butler

Okay. Do, this is my understanding; you correct me if I’m wrong. Coach Stinson blows a whistle to get e…, everybody up to the ball? Few people show up, you all are not hustling. And, so he makes a statement to the effect of, if you all don’t wanna practice, then we’re gonna run?

Gant

Yes.

Butler

So, then the running starts?

Gant

Yes.

Butler

Uh, what’s uh, what is the right?

Gant

Is we were running gassers, which is down and back, down and back is one.

We just finished up with the, the team.

Butler

Okay. Uh, how long do you think the total of the run and the gassers? How long do you think you all were out there doing it?

Gant

30, 40 minutes.

Butler

Okay. Did any, did you or any of your teammates ask for any water, or a water break?

Yeah, I didn’t, I wasn’t there since the very beginning, I started at the very beginning when school started.

Butler

Okay. Uhm, has anyone influenced you in anyway to withhold information. Or, to change any of the facts that actually occurred?

Gant

No, sir.

Butler

Good. Uh, is the statement that you just told me, is it truthful to the best of your knowledge?

Gant

Yes, sir.

Butler

Okay. And, this is where I throw it out. Is there anything you wanna add, is there any question I didn’t ask you? Uh, and dad that goes for you too. I mean anything at all?

Findley

When you say gassers so you was talking about side line and side line, or in zone to in zone?
