Hello and good morning to all of you. I am Venisse Sta. Ana, a student from 6- SSES Galilei.
Since I was in grade 1, I’m already an SSES student. To be honest, life wasn’t easy for us. Kailangang walang bababa sa 85 ang grade.
Nung naging Grade 6 ako, I challenged myself na walang bababa sa 90 ang magiging grade ko. Fortunately, I accomplished my goal. But I’ve had some realizations.
Most of us students here, masaya na sa line of 8. Pero kaming mga SSES students, minumukmok pa namin ‘yan. Why? It’s because hindi namin napantayan ang expectations nila na makapag-maintain ng line of 9 na grades.
Plus, our dreams aren’t that clear yet. ‘Di namin alam kung anong gusto naming trabaho paglaki kasi nag-aalala pa kami sa mga inassign ng teachers samin. Lagi kaming nase-stress. Ehem galilei. Sabi nga nila, it’s not about the grades, it’s about you; your happiness and how it develops you to become the best version of thyself.
Sa high school, mas mahirap. Kumbaga, we’re about to step to the next level of our lives. Upgraded subjects, upgraded lessons, upgraded projects, upgraded knowledge, upgraded everything. Ang mas malala, upgraded puyat tapos upgraded tigyawat. Pero syempre joke lang ‘yun. Back to the topic, upgraded nga ang lahat sa high school. Pero it’s not necessary na i-upgrade din ang ating grades. What’s important is that we upgrade our happiness, upgrade our tropa, and to upgrade ourselves to a better version. I hope that we won’t forget our mahalagang mga ala-ala with our tropa and I also hope na we could achieve our goals and reach our dreams. That’s all, and thank you very much.
