Institute for Electronic Governance is an organization that offers Jawahar Knowledge Centers and Campus Placement Mission programs to the final year students of professional streams. And it has been successful in placing more than 3000 students into industries like IBM:898, INFOSYS: 864, SATYAM:569, WIPRO:406, TCS: 84 and other companies like CA, ADP, CSC, Value Labs, KANBAY, HCL.. etc., through various programs it is offering from past 18 months. IEG is happy to initiate a new Capacity Building Program i.e. Graduate Placement Mission for the enthusiastic IT Savvy Graduates who like challenging IT & Capacity Building career. In this Graduate Placement Mission program, we assure 100% placements. Every year companies recruit students from campuses June onwards. After the recruitment, the students will be trained for 3-6 months. The companies go for off-campus recruitments with specific skill-set for those who did not join in the companies in the campus to meet their requirement. To make the students grab such opportunities, 100 days training is planned to the candidates in general and one of the specific areas like Java / .Net / Embedded Systems. Eligibility Criteria: Consistent record of 65% and above till highest Degree B.Tech (CSE, ECE, CSIT, EEE, EIE), M.Sc (CS), MCA. M.Tech (CS, SE).

Fee includes Food and accommodation charges during the course of training. You need to submit all your original certificates to IEG while joining Graduate Placement Mission. After completion of training. • IEG will arrange campus placements • Those who get placement in companies have to pay their first month salary • Those who did not get placement can join in IEG as IT Associate • Those who did not get placement and not interested to join IEG have to pay Rs. 25000/After the completion of training those who joins IEG will get incentive of Rs.6000/-(Rupees six thousand only). IEG also offers placements in e-Governance projects like Govt. Departmental projects,JKC projects, JIP projects,IEG internal projects,Infosys campus connect projects, Microsoft projects….etc and designates them as IT Associates.

Salary package for candidates joining IEG. • B.Tech candidates will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.8000/-(Rupees eight thousand only). • M.Tech candidates will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.10000/-(Rupees ten thousand only). Incentives paid by IEG based on your performance. You need to sign a bond with IEG for one year that includes training period for IT Associates. Interested candidates can register for GPM with DD of Rs. 16000 /- drawn in favor of Institute for Electronic Governance. Last Date for Registration: 15th August 2006.
