Good afternoon po sa lahat, First of all, when ate Margie told me if pwede ba daw ako mag testimony today, of course my first reaction is “ha ako po”. Syempre im in the situation na di makahindi. Tapos yon by Monday and Tuesday im just thinking paano ko kaya simulan ang pag testimony and also on that time its our final Examination so I just put aside first kasi naisip ko I can do my testimony after my exam. So, when I started writing my testimony, I really don’t know where I will start on it. Actually I feel so Bless because I am the part of medical Mission in San mateo last October 9,2009 when ate Fely Abundo called me up na kung pwede ba daw ako sumama sa medical mission 9-4pm in San Mateo so I told her sige po gusto ko yon kaso I have class by 3pm in my school so sabi ko po sa kanya if ever I will go to Medical Mission, can I go b4 3pm to attend my class? Sabi pwede, kaya yon sumama ako. Maniwala kayo at hindi sumama ako naka uniform, sabi ok lang to kasi para diritso nalang ko school pagkatapos. When we got there kasama ko sila Pastor Garry together with Chai and Mona at saka marami pa kami noon. I told Chai and Mona na its my first time to go or attend Medical Mission akala ko ako lang sila din pala. I don’t have any idea about it. Basta Naisip ko lang this is Gods plan for me to help other people or our sisters and brothers. Even though I have conflict schedule with my work and study. God made a way for me to be a part of medical mission.
I feel so Bless because you will see the happiness on their hearts na my nag medical mission lalo its after the Typhoon Ondoy. We know that many people are affected on that typhoon so they really need help kahit nga para lang doon sa mga common colds, cough, fever at least matulungan man lang sila sa pamamagitan na yon. Also we conduct counseling on that time.
After that kuya Joey texted me meron daw ulit medical mission doon naman sa kina ate Corkey the following Wednesday daw.Tapos sabi ko ay I want to go again but I have class, I told kuya Joey pwede po ba Friday nalang para makasama ako kasi afternoon class ko tapos moring yong medical mission kaya pwedeng pwede talaga ako. Buti nalang di natuloy at naging Friday kaya yon sama ulit ako, Chai also is there. Sobrang nakakatuwa kasi nakatulong ako at saka makita mo talaga yong appreciation ng mga patient doon sa ginawang Medical Mission.
Its really Gods plan and I feel so Bless. I read some passage on the book “Our Daily Bread” in title GOD’S APPOINTMENTS “ its says….Life changing events do not happen by accident. They are not determined by the stars. They are not by chance. There is no such thing as chance. The Lord uses every situation in life to accomplish His purposes. We should begin each day with a sincere desire to please the LORD, gladly anticipating His appointments for us. They may be circumstances that are unplanned, or the people we meet unexpectedly. But we should welcome them as opportunities to witness, to serve others, and to grow spiritually. I would like to share you this verse, “ A man’s heart plans his way, but the LORD directs his feet” Proverbs 16:9 Thank you very much and GOD BLESS
