its customers, projects, processes, methodologies, tools and other work related items. Client may need to provide access to Service Providers to systems and/or applications that belong to Client or Client’s customers. Client may need to involve Service Provider in development activities for their customer’s projects. Service Provider will treat all information provided as confidential in nature and not disclose this information to any third party without written consent of Client. Service Provider will exclusively work with Client on all Customer projects where the customer has been introduced by Client. Service Provider will not solicit any business directly with Client’s customers that have been introduced by Client. Service Provider will return all materials provided by Client when the work related to those materials is completed or it is determined that Service Provider does not have any use of such material. In such situations Service Provider will delete/destroy any and all copies of such materials as directed by Client.

The following persons have reviewed the above points on behalf of themselves and their companies, project teams or any other personnel who will be involved from their side, and hereby through their signatures agree to them.
