I gave my GMAT today and I scored 710 (47Q, 40V). The key is to stick to the standard study material and understand the strategies(especially for the Verbal section). I prepared from OG11, Kaplan Higher Score, Princeton and 1000SCs. Solve all the questions from OG11 and Kaplan Higher Score. Most importantly, read and understand the answer explanations. Solve all the section tests in Kaplan Higher Score CD since they help you to pace yourself (each of the section tests is of 25 minutes duration). Princeton also has a few good strategies. Learn how to use these strategies. Get you fundamentals in English grammar correct before attempting tests. Then you can start taking full-length tests. Start with a GMATPrep test 1. See where you need to improve and then go through these sections from OG/Kaplan again. Take GMATPrep test 2. GMATPreps give you the best predictions of your final scores. You can take each of the the GMATPreps twice without many questions repeating. I took each of them twice and scored 700, 710, 730, 730. You can also take Princeton tests. But don't try the full-length tests in the Kaplan Higher Score CD. They are quite tough, not sure if they calculate the score in the same way as GMAT does and can be quite de-motivating. I took about 2 of them and scored 620 and 590. I stopped after that. You should be able to consistently get 700s in your GMATPreps to be confident about getting the same in the actual test. I hope this helps. All The Best! Regards, NAH
