Giant anteater Facts about Giant anteater *Largest ant eater. *Found in central and south America. *Carnivore which only eats ant. *edentate animals which means doesn’t contain teeth. But giant anteater has tongue that is 60centemeter. *Have life span about 15 years *It eats about 35,000 ants a day. *The tongue can move 160 per minutes to eat swallow ant *Giant Anteaters defend them self to make them self look big and stand up using their tails to balance and it actually can fight off animal like puma or jaguar
Distinction of Giant Anteater
Giant Anteater only have 1 offspring once a year which not a lot of new Giant anteaters are born and also Giant ant eaters are also dyeing out from the attack of wild animals or even getting hit by a car also the biggest problem which led the Giant ant eater to distinction is that human has been killing of giant anteaters for their pelts or for sport. Which means most problem is the human using Giant Anteater as their own goods. Also the humans are breaking down the lands which Anteater lives in which Giant anteaters have no habitats and die out as well. So the Giant ant eaters endanger
