GCGMA Program Global Consumer Group Management Associate (GCGMA) Program attracts high potential individuals with superior leadership skills and an interest in learning the fundamentals of how Global Consumer businesses operate.

PROGRAM GOALS  Develop a pipeline of future business leaders with cross-business, crossfunctional knowledge and exposure to the broad management network across the Global Consumer Group (GCG).  Expansion of our general management talent bench strength is critical to our continued growth strategy.  Focus on continued Career Development and placement into key jobs across the GCG that feed the management track.  Proactively focus on individualized development plans to accelerate leadership potential.

GCGMA Rotational Assignments GCGMA PROGRAM STRUCTURE  

Builds broad awareness while gaining exposure to various functions Four 6-month rotations

Opportunities:  Gain exposure to three or more GCG businesses  Rotations span four functional areas: Credit/Risk, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Operations  International Rotation  High visibility program and regular interaction with senior management  Senior-level executive mentor  “Team Challenge”: Class undertakes one month project to tackle high-level strategic issues facing the business. Presentation to Management Committee members
