TRAMITE DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN PENAL : A) B)
UNA VEZ QUE EL ADOLESCENTES PUESTO A DISPOSICIÓN DEL JUES, ÉSTE TIENE QUE CALIFICAR SU SITUACION DENTRO DEL PLAZO DE 24 HORAS. EN CASO DE DISPONER SU INTERNAMIENTO PREVENTIVO, ESTE MANDATO DEBE CUMPLIR CON LAS EXIGENCIAS PREVISTAS POR EL ARTÍCULO 209 DEL CÓDOGO DE LOS NIÑOS Y ADOLESCENTES.
