Game Modifications Continuous Cricket Equipment; • 4 x cones • 1 x ball • 2 x batting • 1 x wickets Instructions 1. Split students into two even teams, one become fielders and one are batsmen. 2. The aim of the batting team is to make as many runs around the cones as possible. 3. It’s a hit and run game, and as soon as the batter is out, the next teammate has to bat straight away and can be bowled before reaching the wicket. 4. The aim of the bowling team is to get all the batting players out as soon as possible. 5. Swap team roles once everyone on the batting team is out. 6. Team with the most runs win 6s Cricket Equipment • 2 x balls • 2 x stumps • 1 x ball • 16 x cones Instructions 1. 2 batters - 1 at each end, 6 fielders - 1 ball 2. Any fielder can be a bowler, bowlers may bowl at any time, at any stump - game is continuous 3. Batters hit the ball. Tip & Run. Every run between stumps = 1 run 4. If batter is ‘caught’ or ‘bowled’ they receive 0 runs. 5. Batters aim to score as many runs in 6 balls 6. After 6 balls, pairs switch - aim for pairs to bat twice (minimum).
