LAPORAN HASIL ANALISA DAN EVALUASI PERMINTAAN UNIT COMPRESSOR UNTUK EMERGENCY WATER DI WTP-1 / FLUID CENTER 1. Fungsi Mensupply udara tekan ke tangki akumulator T05.1 - 2 & T105.1 - 2 untuk kebutuhan emergency water cooling system BSP dan SSP -1 apabila terjadi power OFF. 2. Kondisi terpasang. High pressure compressor terpasang di WTP-1 : 2 unit ( V02.1 & V02.2 ), Design kapasitas : 2 x 432 NM3 / h = 864 NM3. Kondisi high pressure compressor terpasang : V02.1 = 45 % dan V02.2 = 50 % ( Total kapasitas actual : 195 + 216 = + 411 NM3 ). 3. Penggantian baru. Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi yang sangat kritis, performance yang telah menurun dan umur pakai sudah mencapai 29 tahun maka perlu segera diprioritaskan / diadakan 1 unit compressor baru untuk menggantikan salah satu dari 2 unit yang terpasang. LAPORAN HASIL ANALISA DAN EVALUASI PERMINTAAN UNIT AIR DRYER UNTUK UDARA TEKAN DI WTP-1 / FLUID CENTER 1. Fungsi Mengeringkan udara tekan dari tangki akumulator T20.1 - 2 yang disupply dari Compressor untuk kebutuhan plant BSP dan SSP -1 . 2. Kondisi terpasang. Air Dryer terpasang di WTP-1 : 5 unit ( S06.1 & S106.1 s/d 4 ), Design kapasitas, total : 9156 NM3. Kondisi air dryer terpasang : 4 unit = > 80 % dan 1 unit = 0 % ( Total kapasitas actual = + 8694 NM3 ). Sehingga tidak mampu mengeringkan udara tekan yang disupply dari compressor / tangki akumulator T.20.1-2. 3. Penggantian baru. Mempertimbangkan 1 unit Air Dryer ( S106. 2 ) dengan kondisi rusak / tidak berfungsi dan secara total kapasitas aktual Air Dryer yang terpasang tidak mampu mengeringkan udara dari total kapasitas aktual compressor yang terpasang maka perlu segera diprioritaskan / diadakan 1 unit Air Dryer baru, untuk menggantian unit Air Dryere yang rusak. LAPORAN HASIL ANALISA DAN EVALUASI PERMINTAAN UNIT AIR DRYER UNTUK UDARA TEKAN DI WTP-1 / FLUID CENTER 1. Fungsi Mengeringkan udara tekan dari tangki akumulator T20.1 - 2 untuk kebutuhan plant BSP dan SSP -1
2. Kondisi terpasang. Air Dryer terpasang di WTP-1 : 5 unit ( S06.1 & S106.1 s/d 4 ), Design kapasitas, total : 9156 NM3. Kondisi air dryer terpasang : 4 unit = > 80 % dan 1 unit = 0 % ( Total kapasitas actual = + 8694 NM3 ). Sehingga tidak mampu mengeringkan udara tekan yang disupply dari compressor / tangki akumulator T.20.1-2. 3. Penggantian baru. Dengan mempertimbangkan 1 unit Air Dryer ( S106.2 ) dengan kondisi yang sangat kritis maka perlu segera diprioritaskan / diadakan 1 unit compressor baru untuk menggantikan salah satu dari 2 unit yang terpasang.
