Acknowledgements We would like to express my gratitude to my parents, for their never ending and much needed moral and financial support. The satisfaction that accompanies that the successful completion of any task would be incomplete without the mention of people whose ceaseless cooperation made it possible, whose constant guidance and encouragement crown all efforts with success. We are grateful to our supervisor Ms. Sana Yousuf for the guidance, inspiration and constructive suggestions that helpful us in the preparation of this project. We also thank our colleagues who have helped in successful completion of the project. We would also like to thank Final Year Project Coordinator, who put up with me through the last years, and guided me through each step towards submission. He very patiently organized the internal and external evaluations, and then has had to deal with my lack of ability to do the corrections, asked of me, diligently. We would like to extend my gratitude to all the people who taught me the hacks we have learnt during my degree, and have successfully applied to my Final Year Project and the dissertation. And last, but not the least, we appreciate all the support from the admin staff and exam office for always lifting up my spirits.

Abstract The trend of taking images in different scenarios and environment is rapidly increasing, in which the mostly preferred way of taking image is selfie. The trend of taking selfie has increased very fast. More than 24 billion selfies were posted on Google's servers last year [4]. In all these scenarios, we mostly face a problem that, while taking picture, sometime a part of our face get accidently disturbed or it does not looks like how it should. Such as: eye gets closed or the mouth is opened or closed more than it should be. Live Pic is an algorithm developed to help the user fix that disturbed part of the face and make it look like how the user wants, such as opening the eye. The algorithm works perfectly for little changes which means if the eye(s) are accidently opened too much by which the forehead get scars on it, in this condition, the algorithm will fix the eye but the scars on the forehead will remain the same, which again disturb the image. This algorithm works in both conditions either it is a selfie or a normal picture. User has the option to either fix one part or more than one defected parts of the face.
