Hello, I understand that Ninoska has asked for the two of  you to be present at a meeting I am scheduling with her to  go over the expectations for the Pediatric rotation. I am  not sure why both of you are coming. I would like some  clarification of the purpose of the meeting from your point  of view. This is an academic matter and the expectations are  very clear based on our course objectives. I believe that by  involving more and more personnel the student is getting  mixed messages and the goal of my meeting is becoming  obscured. I am at CHEO on Friday and Ninoska is not here on Tuesday so  the meeting MUST be held on Wednesday October 15 as it is  important to meet before we start clinical at CHEO. I teach  from 1300 ­ 1500 on Wednesday. Please let me know what to expect thanks Lassy

Hi Lassy, After speaking with you, I did explain why Claudine and I  were involved. Nothing to do with Academics matters. Ninoska  wants Claudine or me to be present at this meeting, not both  of us. I cannot be present on October 15, but maybe Claudine  could. Our role is to listen only. If you have any other concern, please don’t hesitate. Lolita.
