Four Ways to Use the Transportation Picture Cards Memory Game

Print two copies of the picture cards on cardstock. Laminate them for durability. Cut the cards apart. Turn them all upside down on the table. Take turns flipping over two cards. If you find a match, you get to keep the pair. The player with the most pairs at the end of the game is the winner. Transportation Sort

Spread the picture cards out face up. Print out, cut apart, and laminate the sorting cards. Have your preschooler sort the picture cards according to where each form of transportation can be found. Syllable Sort

Spread the picture cards out face up. Print out, cut apart, and laminate the sorting cards. Have your child say each mode of transportation aloud clapping with each syllable. Then, have them place the picture on the correct card. Make This Pattern

Print two copies of the picture cards and one page of the pattern strips. Laminate and cut apart each page. Have your child replicate each pattern with the picture cards.
