With the exception of New Market, we’ve seen an increase in the number of sales throughout Frederick County communities. Prices have continued to decline, though at a slower pace throughout Frederick County. You can see by the First Quarter 2009 Frederick real estate market statistics that the number of sales are increasing, indicating the more buyers are entering the market than in 2008.
