IlnostroprimocertificatodiiscrizioneallacameradiCommerciodi Brescia,registratoacuradelnostrofondatoreerisalenteal1925. Our first certificate of registration to the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia, recorded by our founder and dating back to 1925.

Our Company really has deep roots; the period in which our founder Francesco recorded the "Ditta Ponchiardi" to the register of the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia dates back, in fact, to 1925. The work culture was already very well-rooted in the Valley of Lumezzane and Grandpa Francesco could immediately count on the excellent level of the co-workers with whom he started the experience that today, is managed by the third generation, always in the hands of the Ponchiardi Family. At the beginning of the 50s our Founders could begin to count on the collaboration of his son Angelo, and that helped, with no doubt, with the launch of the Company in the Olimpo of manufacturers of sanitary fittings.But it is with the 60s that, in full economical boom, the Company begins the process of growth that, among the other results, allowed to get, in 1971, the Lombardy Quality Award “Favourite Traps Manufacturers Company" as the result of a survey on the Italian Press. Always in those years, it consolidates the propensity toexport, and AIPE (Italian Association for the Promotion of Export) awarded the Company with the "Honour Plate, for the level reached in advanced manufacturing and technology and for the contribute to the increase of exportations”. Internal market and export are, in the 80s, constants that helped first the consolidation, then the development and the expanding of the Company’s activities, also thanks to the constant upgrades in technology. Over the 90s new forces arrive to give more power to Angelo that, with Francesco and Marco, form the current Management Team. fpl srl, since 1925 deep roots, growing and innovation, always with that wonderful handcraft touch.

Water: a precious value. Simple daily behaviours, often greatly contribute to the waste of a very precious value, as Water is. Nothing that could be avoided with a minimum of attention but, bad habits and wrong attitudes make possible, every day, great squandering. In this optic fpl srl offers the chance to equip all of the Collections from fpl_wave and fpl_mix lines, with the innovative cartridge with ceramic discs, WaterSave, with savings, or non wasting, up to 50% of the normal use of Water. The innovation is, as often happens, of a disarming simplicity: a mechanical resistance, as first step, lock the opening of the lever, granting a water flow rate of about 6/8 litres per minute, more than enough for the great majority of daily uses. But when all the flow rate our taps are capable of is needed, then it will be enough to "force", without any effort, the lever to obtain the complete opening of the cartridge that, in this case, will behave exactly like the traditional ones. On our Price List you will find the complete instructions to equip with the WaterSave cartridge all the products from the fpl_wave and fpl_mix Collections. WaterSave, transforming simple daily behaviours in respect for one of the most precious value, the Water.

Ordini e Accettazione - Orders and Acceptance Le condizioni di vendita si intendono accettate dal committente al momento del conferimento dell'ordine e con il ritiro del materiale. La commissione è sempre subordinata all'approvazione da parte della Casa Venditrice. The sale conditions are understood to be accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and the material collected. The orders is always subject to approval by the seller.

Consegne e Rese - Deliveries La merce è resa franco deposito del venditore e viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente. fpl srl si riserva di evadere ordini con consegne frazionate. The goods are delivered free the seller's warehouse and travel at the buyer's own risk. fpl srl reserves the right to execute orders in partial consignments.

Trasporti e Spedizioni - Transport and Forwarding Le spedizioni sono effettuate dal fornitore per conto del committente. Le quantità devono essere verificate all'atto del ricevimento; eventuali reclami devono essere rivolti a chi effettua la consegna. fpl srl si riserva la facoltà di addebitare al committente gli oneri aggiuntivi di trasporto eventualmente richieste dal vettore. The goods are forwarded by the supplier on behalf of the buyer. The quantities must be checked on receipt of the goods and any complaints must be made to whoever makes the delivery. fpl srl reserves the right to charge the buyer with any additional transport cost that may be applied by the carrier.

Imballaggio - Packaging L'imballaggio è effettuato in pallets o imballi standard ed è a carico del committente. The goods are packed on pallets or in standard packing which are charged to the customer.

Termini di Consegna - Terms of Delivery Qualora siano indicati i termini di consegna, questi sono sempre forniti a titolo indicativo e non vincolante. Whenever terms of delivery are mentioned, they always given for information purposes only and are not binding.

Prezzi - Prices Le tariffe riportate nei listini non sono vincolanti. fpl srl si riserva il diritto di variare i prezzi di vendita in qualsiasi momento senza alcun preavviso. The prices shown on price lists are not binding. fpl srl reserves the right to vary the sales prices in any time with no prior warning.

Pagamenti - Payments I pagamenti devono essere effettuati solo a favore della Società venditrice. L'eventuale ritardo del pagamento comporterà l'addebito di interessi al tasso corrente. Le contestazioni di qualsiasi valore o entità non danno diritto al committente di sospendere i pagamenti. La fpl srl si riserva il diritto di sospendere eventuali ordini in corso qualora il committente non fosse in regola con i pagamenti. Payments must only be made in favour of the seller. Interest at the current rate will be charged for any delays in payment. Any complaints of whatever type or value do not give the buyer the right to suspend payments. fpl srl reserves the right to suspend any orders on hand if the buyer should not be up-to-date with the payments.

Reclami - Complaints

Non si accettano reclami e ritorni di merce trascorsi 8 giorni dall'arrivo della merce a destino. I reclami devono pervenire attraverso lettera raccomandata entro i termini indicati. Ogni restituzione deve esser preventivamente autorizzata da fpl srl. Non verranno in ogni caso sostituiti o accreditati materiali resi senza espressa autorizzazione scritta da fpl srl. Complaints and returned goods cannot be accepted after a period of 8 days from the arrival of the goods at their destination. Complaints must be made by means of a registered letter within the terms stated. Any return of the goods must be authorized in advance by fpl srl. In any case goods returned without the written authorization of fpl srl will not be replaced nor will the value be credited to the buyer.
