Format for the progress report Your progressive reports must content: - the job task of each bureau and the contribution of the members. - the timeline for each task. Example: bureau : special task task : booking chairs and tables duration : 6 nov -10 nov 06 booking duration : 1st -3rd nov status : booked/done - What are the completed task and uncompleted task - what is your solution or action for the uncompleted task. - If possible state the problems and how you are going to fix the problems. - You may add any other additional important information. The progressive reports must be in details about your events. Progressive report is very important in order to know the progress of the event and easy to keep records. Please work on it and submit 2 weeks once to your respective VPs.
