Job Description (Old): 1. Takes charge of the general maintenance of all Audio-Visual, electronics, & communications equipment of the Division; 2. Operate said equipments in museum events & activities; 3. Maintains logbook on the use and condition of said equipment; 4. Assists in the implementation of the Division’s programs & activities; 5. Does other related work. Workload/Activities: 1. Setup, Operation, & Pullout of all Audio-Visual Equipment during Flag Raising Ceremony & Museum Events/Activities. 2. Obtain Audio Recordings of Museum Events/Activities handled for reference & future use. 3. Safekeeping, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all Audio-Visual, Electronics, & Communications Equipment of the Division. 4. Assist in the implementation of the Division’s Programs & Activities. 5. Perform other related tasks as may be deemed necessary to carry out the aforementioned Activities. Outputs: For Activity Number 1 – Monthly Submission of AV Equipment Usage Report of all Flag Raising Ceremonies & Museum Events/Activities handled. For Activity Number 2 – Prepare Audio Recordings of the Museum Event/Activity handled 1 week after the Event/Activity. For Activity Number 3 – Quarterly Submission of Status Report of all Audio-Visual Equipments of the Division; Annual Submission of Year-End Status Report of all AV, Electronics, & Communications Equipments of the Division. For Activity Number 4 – Assistance provided for the implementation of the Division’s Programs & Activities. For Activity Number 5 – Related Tasks given to perform such activities.
