for blinky palermo three sustaining instruments, players seated in a wide, slight arc. beforehand, players agree on a pitch. each of the players receives a number: 1, 2, 3 sections of twenty seconds. at the beginning of each section a short trio sound, three seconds, with a minimum of attack – followed by seventeen seconds of silence the trio sound: one player plays a soft tone, the two others play an even softer tone for each section, there is a number indicating which of the three is the louder any amount of sections may be played
