FATAL HOME INVASION 800 Block of E. Adams St. Tucson Police Homicide Detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding an early morning shooting, which left two men dead. On October 16, 2008 at 12:38 a.m., Operations Division West Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of E. Adams St., in reference to a shooting. The resident called 911 and reported that he shot two unknown males who forced entry into his home at gunpoint. On arrival, officers located 30 year-old, Shontel L. Early and 29 year-old, Wesley O. Fenstermacher, dead as a result of gunshot trauma. Tucson Police Homicide Detectives responded to the scene to continue the investigation. Detectives have learned that the victim was alone in his one bedroom guesthouse, when he answered a knock at his front door. The victim observed two suspects one of which pointed a handgun at him. He retreated into the home and retrieved his own handgun. The two suspects entered the home and began searching for the victim. The victim engaged both suspects, shooting and killing both.
