Family Nursing Problem
Inability to provide a home environment conducive to heath maintenance and personal developmen t due to: Lack of knowledge on dangerous construction materials that can cause damage.
Goal of Care
After Nursing intervention, the family will think of necessary action to reduce potential hazards in to the home environment.
Objective of care
After four hours of home visit the ff: 1.) The family will know the importance of a safe environment free from hazards and accident. 2.) The family will be aware and knowledge able of the hazards in their home including its preventive measures.
Nursing Intervention 1.) Provide information of safety need or injury prevention and motivation to prevent. 2.) Discuss about supervision for the young ones and improvement of the faculty.
INTERVENTION Rationale Method of family Contact 1.) It can increase the awareness about injury hazards. 2.) It can mobilize them to utilize preventive measures.
Home visit
Resources required 1.) low cost resources to improve and modify facilities in home and environment 2.) Time and effort of both student public health nurses and family.
Evaluation
Goals partially met. The stairs without handle can cause accident in the family.

Goal of Care
.after 2 hours of nursing intervention the family will decide on the appropriate action to prevent the diseases and maintain a healthy family.
Objective of care
After nursing intervention, the family will be able: a.) To make action from home sanitation. b.) To improve their home. c.) Will consult the nurse after delivery for guidance.
Nursing Intervention 1.) Discuss with the family clean the kitchen before and after using it. 2.) Discuss with the family always cover the food to prevent from flies and other insects. 3.) Discuss with the family always clean the home environment.
