Family History Mrs. M.I was the 10th among the 12 siblings. Her father Mr. D.M was farmer and earned 3000 pesos monthly her father died at the age of 67 with complication at the liver. Mrs. M.I mother was a plain house wife and died at the age of 105 due to old age. Mrs. M.I was elementary graduate; she wasn’t able to enter H.S and college because of financial problems. Mrs. M.I didn’t receive nor complete her childhood immunization and tetanustoxiod while she was pregnant. Mrs. M.I siblings was all elementary graduate and wasn’t able to receive childhood immunization. 3 of Mrs. M.I sibling has already past away due to liver disease (Mr. F.M the eldest at the age of 85 y.o last feb. 12, 2009), heart disease (Mr. S.M the 3rd eldest brother among the sibling at the age of 79 last Dec. 25, 2007) and due to epilepsy( Mr. F.M the 5th among the sibling at the age of 71 last feb 8 2001). Mrs. M.I two brother and sister were still alive at all of them have their own family. Mrs. M.I said that on the mother side they have a family history of asthma, heart disease and liver disease and Mrs.M.I told us that they have the family history of epilepsy and asthma on her father side. Mrs. M.I doesn’t have any maintenance of drug or vitamins. She only drink a lot of water if she is not feeling well as stated by Mrs M.I. Occupation History
According to Mrs. M.I she started working at the age of 19 as a “hilot”, beside from being a “hilot” she was also weaving. She said that she earned 3,000 pesos monthly for her weaving products, while being a “hilot” she said that sometimes, she do her work for free because some of her client cant afford to go to the hospital, Mrs. M.I also said that after she assist her client on delivery her client would gave her beer. Mrs. M.I is found drinking beer. Her aunt taught her to be a “hilot” when she was 16 y.o she become a trained hilot a year ago,(Fed. 18 2008) Personal and Social History Mrs. M.I 76 years old was delivered at home via normal spontaneous delivery by her aunt as a trained “hilot”. She spent her preschool and elementary days at New buswang elementary school. During her elementary days she said that she is fund of playing with her classmate and friends. Mrs. M.I is a roman catholic and goes to church every Sunday in St. John the Baptist church. Mrs. M.I was a member of women’s club. Mrs. M.I has 5 children, born normal delivery. Mrs. M.I is a widow her husband Mr. S.I died at the age of 55 due to liver operation. Mrs. M.I was married at the age of 30, with his loving husband at Feb. 16 1963; her personal concern in life now is to see her grandchildren grew up and to see her children happy. She sleeps at 7pm and wakes up am. Her daily routine in the morning was her gardening and walking exercise. Her hobby is listening to music and watching T.V. she drinks 10-18 glasses of water a day as claimed. She doesn’t smoke but she drinks beer every other day. She is quite satisfied of her life and to her home condition as stated by Mrs. M.I.
