Cancellation of Official Receipts
Date: July 28, 2009 _______________________________________________________________________ _ Dear Ms. Razalan, Good day! This is to inform you that I cancelled the official receipt numbers 2451, 2452 and 2453 last November 2008 because Albert used it when he joined in a bazaar for the sales and when he received the partial payment for the Origami. He already issued the original copy (white color) of ORs to the customers before it has been cancelled, thus, original copies were not attached in the booklet. That time, we agreed to have separate receipts (5 booklets) for MED Program and it must be used for the sales during participation to the bazaars and not the other one which we use for the cash return, and payment for the income from our production. Thank you.
