He obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Surat, India. Mr. Goyal enjoys interdisciplinary studies and has special interest in law and economics, human rights, international affairs, financial markets, public policy and intellectual property. He has worked as a Consultant with one of ICICI Bank’s Joint Venture companies on legal and economic issues related to industries, infrastructure, policy studies and rural development.
