May I request your kind office to excuse me to attend the regular meeting of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) this coming August 12, 2009 since I will be doing fieldwork in Region 2 (eg. Isabela & Nueva Vizcaya) from Aug. 11-14. As a field personnel working as sales supervisor at Communication Foundation for Asia with office based in Sta. Mesa, Manila, may I inform you that I cannot commit a regular attendance of our Wednesday meetings. But I will find ways on how to be available on some of our meetings especially vicarial & general assembly.
