Families and Children for Empowerment and Development (FCED) Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization that aims to work with children and their families in depressed communities. We envision that every child is afforded fullness of life and enjoys every right of the child. Through the capacity building activities that we provide to the children, they are able to enhance their potentials and skills. We would like to inform your good office that there will be a Training of Trainor’s on Facilitating Skill for the roll-out of the National Capacity Building Modules of Christian Children’s Fund, FCED’s major funding agency on December 4-8, 2008 (Thursday to Monday) which will be held at Nueva Caceres Hotel, naga City. In view thereof, we would like to seek for your permission to excuse Joana Paula Mercurio from her classes on December 4, 5, and 8, 2008 as she will be attending the said activity.
