ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ECO-RESORT AND RECREATIONAL PARK Location : Pangapisan North, Lingayen, Pangasinan The proposed site is a 7 hectare provincial government lot along the Lingayen Gulf declared as Land of Public Domain by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 449 dated October 28, 1994. Objective : The project aims to boost the tourism potential and activity along the coastal areas of the province by constructing adequate and modern tourism facilities along the Lingayen Gulf. It will bolster tourism activities and social development through increased tourist/visitor arrivals, creation of more job and livelihood opportunities thereby improving the standard of living of the community folk. Likewise, the project will spur economic growth and generate additional income for the province. Description : The proposed project shall have the following facilities and support structures constructed and developed: a.

Access road and concreting/widening of existing roads leading to the site as well as parking areas

Water, power, drainage and sewerage systems.

c.

Two (2) recreational swimming pools for kids and adults.

d.

Children’s park and an eco-park complete with landscaping.

e.

Multi-purpose court and recreational center.

f.

Hotel complete with accommodation facilities and amenities.

g.

Cottages and picnic sheds.

h.

Convention hall with view deck and souvenir/curio shop.

i.

Sports, health and fitness gym.
