Throughout the history of Mankind, many great leaders can be found to model

the policies and procedures of a school principal on. From Mother Teresa to Albert Einstein, desirable character traits call to mind great men and women from every historical age. Ashurbanipal does not often come to mind, but his love of knowledge and his firm and equal hand at ruling indicate that perhaps he is the perfect model for a school principal.
