APPEAL FOR EXTENSION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONVERSION FROM CONTRACT BASIS INTO PERMANENT (DATE JOINED 01st AUGUST 2004)

With reference to the above, I would like to appeal to the management for an extension of employment after the expiry of my contract. For your kind information, my contract with the company will end on 1st August 2009. I sincerely and extremely hope that I shall be given a chance to continue working with this esteem organization, after the expiry date. 2.

My five (5) years tenure ship with the Airline has given me the most

valuable experience particularly in customer service. Being the front liner for the company has given me the advantage of understanding customer’s needs and behavior first hand. I had learnt how to meet and exceed each passenger’s expectations with service that sells! Perhaps the greatest asset I offer is the ability to work with many passenger and groups of people, and I realize just how valuable that is when working with your organization. My past commitment towards company should not have any doubts as I have never receive any official complaint letter from MAS valuable customers.

During the great 5 years of my involvement in the company, I have

showed my capability which I was selected in ground assignments called Pintar Launch program which reside in multi location such as Alor Star, Kuching, Kota Bharu and Sandakan. My talent dealing with people has been exposed not only with the passenger but includes VVIP and children in that program. I was also selected to represent MAS on new meal box presentation. This meal box is to show how MAS is keen and concern of their customers by introducing new promotion and value added to their customers. And I was chosen again by the company to be among few Dual Fleet crew to attend the Senior Crew Training. All those privilege given was really helpful in boosting up my self esteem and confident when dealing with our customers. 4.

For your kind information, both of my parents are now retired. To make it

serious deal my dad is now positively checked with a 5 in 1 disease including cardiac complication. And I am much the soul income of my family. As you are aware on country’s economic growth are not well promising, I do believe that to get a stable job with a good salary are mostly impossible right now. I will be honored if I could rejoin the company as a permanent crew and assure you that I will be able to serve the company with loyal and compassionate manner.
