How the visualiser was used? The teacher gave a clear demonstration of how to improve a piece of work using a highlighter and pen. A piece of writing from a literacy book was placed under the visualiser. The editing process was demonstrated clearly. Focusing on vocabulary, connectives, openers and punctuation.

The benefits of the Visualiser to teaching & learning: • Able to put an ‘actual’ piece of work on the board immediately for everyone to see. • Able to demonstrate the highlighting process to the whole class at the same time. • Projected in clear full view for all. • Children are able to come up to the board and show the rest of the class what they have done.
