Responsibility: Operating Herrenknecht TBM machine for Cairo metro line 3 (it is a hydro-shield tunneling machine with diameter 9.48 meters, feed & slurry system) beside acting as a shift leader deputy. From: August 2008. Previous job: Company: CONCORD For Engineering & Contracting. Job Title: Operators Supervisor & Maintenance Manager. Responsibility: Responsible for supervision over operators and maintenance of five different sizes of AVN Herrenknecht tunneling machines. From: October 2005. 7 years experience in tunneling. Working as an operator on different Herrenknecht tunneling machines from Herrenknecht AVN 600 up to Herrenknecht AVN 3200. Working as a supervisor for nine operators on five tunneling machines. Also operation of a hydro-shield Herrenknecht TBM 9480 mm. Working in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting  Herrenknecht machines  Hydraulic circuits  Rotary equipment  High pressure water pumps (350 bar)  Separation planet Design & Fabrication of (Cutting Head, Upsizing, Open face machines & a lot of intermediate jack stations)
