I came up with some suggestions ..., first I made changes in assignment, the assignment, Jessica is supposed to do were equally divided between Jack Snyder and Ruth Disselkoen. Secondly I propose for the replacement of Jessica Hilo because her return to work is unclear due to her medical leave. Liz Jakowski, the Human resource manager appreciated what I had come up with. The company went on smoothly for quite a long time and had saved the company more than $ 600.00. I as the office assistant saw a consistence workflow and significant changes and professional; I also introduce rewarding and recommendation of job well done and encouragement.
