 Defining Regeneration? o Charles Fillmore: The Revealing Word (pg. 165) Regeneration: “A change in which abundant spiritual life, even eternal life, is incorporated into the body. The transformation that takes place through bringing all the forces of mind, and body to the support of the Christ ideal. The unification of the Spirit, soul, and body in spiritual oneness. The FNOTD moves us from the Transcendent to the Immanent for She brings a sense of re-attachment to our bodies, with earth and with each other -- as She stands for unity, oneness, inter-dependence, and a desire that love in action become our only cause.

The FNOTD offers us a revelation of unity and Oneness. Her profound and passionate knowledge of life, teaches us to respect and bless all aspects of life and each other. She offers us strength, protection, humility, a force of unconditional love and the inner power to affect a change of heart for ourselves and for the world.

The FNOTD is the force that moves us from the head to the heart; from the conscious mind attached to the senses, to the realm of heart/wisdom. She is Love in action.

What can I do next? o What can I do to creatively call forth the FNOTD into conscious awareness? I can commit to:  A daily spiritual practice of

deep interior listening and then following the guidance that flows forth.  Holding holy discourses and sacred gatherings with like-minded friends.  Engaging in the study of understanding of the deeper essence and meaning of the sacredness of symbols, archetypes , and dreams—for these are the language of the subconscious mind and the FNOTD.  Keeping a journal through which I discover the depth of my transformation over time.  Holding sacred ceremonies for my friends and myself to celebrate passages, initiations, cycles, each other, and more.  Practicing honest self-observation.  Practicing “channeled passion” (using my energy [the passion aroused from the desire to change towards a project that support the good of all sentient beings).
