LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

I know Mr. Shrikant Karandikar for the last six months and I am very confident about his bright future. Shrikant is in one of the two groups selected by our company from his college for the allotment of final year project to undergraduate students. He is currently working on the project “Design and Analysis of special purpose glass grinding machine” sponsored by our company.

The project calls for a thorough knowledge of design and Finite Element Analysis and is very challenging for undergraduate students. Shrikant has shown a keen interest in the field of design and analysis. He has always been very meticulous in his work and is successfully applying his knowledge on the project. The ardor with which he is collecting and compiling information to arrive at relevant conclusions is indicative of his practical approach and commitment towards his goals. He has shown his perseverance while working on conventional design, modeling and analysis in ansys. He is very comfortable in working as a team. As a result his group has completed a very major part of the project in a very short span of time.

His strong intellectual base coupled with his motivation will surely help in his pursuit for higher studies. I am confident that with his sincerity, hard work and dedication he could well be a useful member of a team pursuing research at your university.
