2. Use input material
Material has mineralization components of clanke ens get cement with intensity minimum is 250 kg/cm2 after 28 follow TCVN 4029-4432-85, cement clanke has techno parameter: Saturated coefficient: KH = 0.84 - 0.87 Silic Modun: n = 2 - 2.4 Alumin Modun: p = 1.2 - 1.7 Mineralization components: C3S = 45 - 50% C2S = 27 - 32% C3A + C4AF = 20 - 24%
Raw materials use to produce clanke, which is ma contain calcium as limestone and pottery material as clay material is mixed water (wet technology) to form cement mo don’t mix water (dry technology) to form dry speck.

3. Use energy
In cement manufacture, 60% price is spending on ener stages: 3.1. Energy in manufature: - Grind material - Drying - Baking - Grind clanhke - Packing - Transport in factory - Mix material 3.2. Spending on energy includes: - Fuel component - Dry and wet production technology

7. Project implementation structure 8. Project time 2007 -2008 schedule 9. Characteristics Cement of a technology to be employed
production technology
Nowaday, Cement Production Technology in Vietnam in 3 main stages: Material preparation stage
Clanke baking stage
Grind, paking stage
aterial preparation stage: To put material (limestone,
adjustment additive, mineralization additive) into a fact material mixing silo;
Japanese Ministry of Environmental Study on the Program CDM
- Clanke baking stage: From material powder removing st uniform mixing silo to clanke silo; - Grind, packing stage: From clanke removing stage in silo to finished product
