Create a directory into which you're going to put all your materials. Enter that directory path (copy and paste it from the Address NO TRAILING SLASH. Within that directory, make a subdirectory for each entry you're going to create Copy the files (images, pdfs, etc.) into the appropriate subdirectory for that entry Go back to the "dublin_core" worksheet Column headers consist of the DC Element, a colon (":"), and the DC Qualifier. Refer to the list at http://sites.google.com/a/ohiolink.edu/drmc/Home/Subcommittees/Metadata for the correct usage. There should be no spaces As you fill out the spreadsheet, put the name of the subdirectory from step 2 into the last column of each entry

The Resource Location column contains the subdirectories, and must always be the last column. If you need more columns, in Order does not matter otherwise. The file names "contents" (without a suffix) and "dublin_core.xml" are reserved. If you have an asset with that file name it will b The script handles many common metacharacters, such as ampersands, "fancy" apostrophes and open- and close-quotes, les greater-than signs, single apostrophes and regular quotation marks and non-printable characters. If you get an "invalid byte" er probably other special characters or symbols in your text. You'll need to replace them with their HTML character entity values.
