MONITOR CLOSELY: 

DOXORUBICIN + CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE doxorubicin increases toxicity of cyclophosphamide by unspecified interaction mechanism. Use Caution/Monitor. Increased risk of hemorrhagic cystitis.



DEXAMETHASONE + DOXORUBICIN dexamethasone will decrease the level or effect of doxorubicin by affecting hepatic/intestinal enzyme CYP3A4 metabolism. Use Caution/Monitor.
