Dream Plain... There has always been a hotel, towering walls, endless halls, and incredible heights. I have wandered through this city of marble and mayhem. Ridden a deadly elevator, up and down, It's doors shutting on my fearful realization moments before. I have stared wistfully at it's view of shining crystal water. While churning, thriving buildings teased, alien like and welcoming. I have resided here on a platform, teetering on a plank, horrified of spreading my lucid wings too flyKnowing that I can. Sometimes leaping and soaring across, admiring this worlds fantastic gifts. So many times lost in it's huge mazes, I have still felt found. Still known of my inevitable destination that is nothing, nowhere, but perceivable to all my senses. Through haze I have seen shell covered beaches, and cut my feet too shreds willingly, lusting over it's beauty. Here has been my home, somewhere in the past, another time. Another planet maybe. My familiarity with my dream plain is palpable. Preciously confusing, yet endurable. This place is my cynosure. Peace calls it home as well. A.F.
