Juan Cailles Memorial District Hospital. We would like to advise you that based on FLECO Policy No. 89 which is hereto attached, being exclusive user of a transformer, the hospital is required to purchase its own transformer. Further, the cooperative has no stock of transformer with the same capacity as the damaged unit of the hospital. We are willing to install a 50 KVA transformer which is only sufficient to cover the power requirements of lighting connection and electric fans in the hospital in the meantime that you are in the process of procuring your own transformer.
