The Chairman's Excellence Awards are given to individuals who have made an exemplary contribution not only to the business but also other organizational issues.

‘Abhinandan’ is the annual event hosted by our Branded Formulations business unit, in which top-performing individuals and teams are felicitated and recognized. Individuals and departments outside the business unit that have made exemplary contributions are also recognized.

Our Discovery Research unit presents ‘Spark’ awards to individuals and teams that have contributed towards the success of a project or who have shown exemplary behavior in the face of a crisis.
