Donut

Washington 1 Michaela Washington T. Johnson Eng 111-22 October 1, 2008 Assignment # 3 “Donut” Often when I am enjoying a nice meal the craving of something sweet immediately follows. The donut is simply the best solution to that problem. As I take a bite into the popular glazed donut a sweet flavor overcomes me. A specific taste of sugar and bread are graciously welcomedby my taste buds. The more noticeable glazed sweet flavor on the outside sends off a pleasant signal and drives you to eat more. It is so smooth and usually served hot so that it melts in your mouth. Many would say this is the best part of the donut. However, the taste of hole in the middle is the best part. The texture is smooth chocolate-cream and vanilla. It is a gooey filling similar to the taste of an Oreo cookie. It is so soft and the cream flows straight down your throat. The middle also provides the thickness of the donut and gives it a rich flavor. It is sweet and combined with the taste of the glaze on the outside, it is the greatest dessert.
