Doc M Packs

“Part M Compliance – made easy”.

The Disability Access Company™ is in a market leading position in the UK concerning best practice WC’s in the design of domestic & non domestic buildings to meet the needs of disabled people. We offer a wide selection of toilet packages that will suit any application with the emphasis on contrasting colours, not only to give a greater choice, but also to assist visually impaired people.

Low Level This Classic Low Level Package offers colour contrast and the widest range of transfer possibilities, whilst including every requirement without compromise, to ensure full compliance with both The Building Regulations Approved Document M 2004 Edition and BS 8300. Meticulous attention to detail has been observed in devising this package, including designing from scratch such products as the colostomy bag shelf and the 50mm red bangles for the alarm pull cord. Every item that is necessary to meet the requirements is included in this Classic Package.

Shelving One large and one small acrylic capped ABS shelves with drainage slots and stainless steel supports.

Colour Contrast Colour contrast is most important in the design of your Document M Accessible Toilet, ensuring that the grab rails and seat are highly visible.

Lever The large spatulate lever is ideal for wheelchair users and can be situated on the correct open side of our cistern. Back Rest With this low level system w.c. we supply a colour contrasted padded back rest

Grab Rails An ergonomic design with a slip-resistant grip, non-conductive, deep blue for colour contrast and concealed fixings.

Mixer Tap A simple to use spray mixer tap, combined with thermostatic valve, ensures that no scalding can occur.

Drop Down Rail A sturdy colour co-ordinated drop down rail.

Basin The gently rounded basin with its fully glazed underside is ideal for wheelchair users and handed tap holes enable the correct positioning of the tap nearest to the w.c. pan.

Toilet Seat A quality toilet seat with high colour contrast, unique stabilising buffers, plus stainless steel hinges for added strength.

Raised Height Pan At 480mm to the top of the seat, this large footprint pan offers the ultimate in stability.

Accessories Disability Access Accessories package consists of automatic hand drier, soap, paper towel and a toilet tissue dispenser. All are easy to use and durable.

Audio/Visual Alarm The Disability Access emergency alarm has a red pull cord plus the required two red 50mm bangles and re-set cord.

Extra Basin Bracket An extra basin bracket is supplied with the Classic MPack for added support

Close Coupled In devising this Close Coupled colour contrasting Package we have combined form with function. The recommendations of BS8300 have been observed in producing this more aesthetically pleasing package by using a screw down lid for added support on our close coupled cistern. Our standard package comes complete with a colour contrasting heavy duty ring seat. However, as an option our specially designed seat and cover could be considered of benefit, as the underside of this lid is shaped to give lumbar support and has a minimum projection, therefore, should not impede transfer when raised. Ideal for the more discerning client requiring an enhanced version of the standard installation. Perfect for clubs, pubs, restaurant and the workplace.
