CAPD Peritonitis: Penyebab, ManajemenCAPD Peritonitis: Penyebab, ManajemenPengangkatan kateter dan eksplorasi bedah harus dipertimbangkan pada pasien dengan peritonitis CAPD. Pasien yang belum membaik secara klinis pada 96 jam harus dikultur untuk bakteri anaerob. Durasi optimal terapi anti-mikroba setelah pengangkatan kateter pada pasien dengan peritonitis CAPD yang resisten belum ditetapkan. Untuk itu disarankan penggunaan intraperitoneal urokinase yaitu perawatan sederhana dan efektif yang dapat membantu menghindari perlunya pengangkatan kateter dan hemodialisis sementara pada pasien dengan peritonitis CAPD yang resisten. 4. Daftar pustaka pada jurnal tersebut ada yang memakai referensi pada tahun 1990. Padahal referensi semakin tahun akan selalu ada perubahan dan referensi yang baik harus 10 tahun saat digunakan.
